1440g Flour
10g Baking Powder
10g Baking Soda
1lb butter
800g Sugar
300g Egg
30g Vanilla
10g Salt
680g Sour Cream

Frosting:
1lb Butter
10g vanilla
1 bag icing sugar
180g cream

Directions:

Cookies:
Sift Dry ingredients together in a bowl, set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, scraping down sides as needed.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add sour cream and mix until fully incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients and beat at low speed until just combined, scraping sides and bottom or bowl as needed.
Divide fully mixed dough into 4 pieces, wrap in plastic wrap (in a large rectangle) and put in fridge for a couple of hours.
Take out of fridge and roll out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into circles.
Bake at 275 for 10 minutes and then check, sides should be golden brown. Take out when done and let cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:
Mix all ingredients together and whip well, should be light and fluffy. Can add food coloring if desired... pink is tradtional)
Frost cooled cookies and add sprinkles
