3 pounds chicken wings and drummets
1/4 cup butter
Tabasco sauce to taste, approximately 1/4 cup
sliced carrots sticks
sliced celery sticks

Blue Cheese Sauce
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. yellow onion, finely chopped
2 -4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Bake chicken in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes until cooked. In a large skillet over medium high, melt butter. Add Tabasco sauce. Saute chicken until golden brown. Add Tabasco for spicier chicken. Remove and serve hot with blue cheese sauce, slice celery sticks and sliced carrots sticks

Blue Cheese Sauce
In a medium bowl add milk and vinegar together. Let sit until lumpy, about 15 minutes. Add remaining ingrediants. Refrigerate.
