Ingredients:  
1 stick margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 beaten eggs
2 medium ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2-3 tsp walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine with sugar until smooth
Add sour cream, baking soda, and salt
Add eggs and mix well
Add flour and stir in mashed bananas and walnuts

Grease and flour bread pan

Preheat oven 340º

Bake 55-60 minutes

The best bread is made with RIPE bananas.
I also like to make in 4 small loaf pans to share with friends and family.
