1 kg Chick. wings
1 c. Plain flour
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. White pepper
2 tsp. Black pepper
2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
2 tsp. Granulated garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Dried thyme
1 tsp. Dried oregano
-oil for shallow -frying

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingrediants excluding chicken into a freezer bag, shake well to combine, dip in the chicken and shake to coat. You may have to do this in several batches. Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook wings till golden on all sides and cooked through, again you may have to do this in several batches. Keep cooked wings in a low oven.
