1 C butter
1½ C sugar
2 eggs
2¾ C flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tea. salt

cinnamon and sugar for rolling
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together, add to butter mixture and mix together. roll into balls then roll in cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
