5 lb bag Potatoes
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c Half & Half
1/2 c Butter or Margarine
1 tsp Onion Salt
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Mash potatoes; add the remaining ingredients and beat with mixer until no lumps are left. This can be made a day ahead or can be frozen in whatever sized containers you like (greased). To serve: Bake at 350º fro 30 min. If frozem let thaw, then bake. You can put butter and paprika on top before baking.
