1 can Creamed Corn
1 can Regular Corn
1 c Soup Cream
1 pkg Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Oil
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the package of corn bread mix with the other ingredients. Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350º for 50 minutes.

When Mom made scalloped corn, green bean casserole, or mixed vegetable casserole as sides, those were my favorite meals! I grew up never knowing that other moms didn't cook like this. It wasn't until someone pointed out to me what a gift that was.
