1 onion, minced
3 c. milk
1 c. celery, diced
5 T. butter
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
6 T. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can pimento
salt and pepper to taste
corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the onion and celery in butter until soft; add flour, making a paste.
Add the milk, soup, cooked chicken and the pimento. Season to taste.
Place in a buttered baking dish; cover with buttered corn flakes. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
