1 c. Butter
1/3 c. Cocoa
2 c. Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Nuts - if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add cocoa, stirring until well blended. Add sugar and mix. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in vanilla, flour and salt. Do not over beat. Fold in nuts if desired. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes

Cover with frosting if desired
