4 c. cucumbers, sliced
½ onion, sliced
4 tbsp. salt
¼ c. sour cream
1 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Dill weed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers, slice onion and cucumbers very thin. Place in container and mix with 4 T salt.

Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours, overnight preferred.

Drain juice and reserve.

Add sour cream, dressing, vinegar and spices.

If you want the juice thinner, use the reserved juice until desired thickness.
