Iinstant potatoes, 8 servings
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. minced onion
1/2 small jar of pimento, if desired
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare instant potatoes as directed on package for a serving of eight people. After completed, mix in cream cheese, egg, onion and pimento with a poon. Puinto a casserole dish and bake
at 350 for 45 minutes.
