Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs or 4 ½ tsp. dry yeast
1 ½ cups of warm water
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. salt
½ cup dry milk powder
4 ½ to 5 cups whole wheat or white flour (G-ma B. used a mix of whole wheat & white flour).

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix yeast & warm water together. Let stand 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add oil, brown sugar, eggs, & salt. Beat them together. Add dry milk powder & mix. Gradually add flour to mixture. Place dough on a well-floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until smooth & satiny like. Place in a well-greased bowl, cover, & allow to rise until nearly double the size (about 1-2 hours). Cut dough in half, shape and place on greased pan. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes before putting rolls into oven. Bake at 375º F. 15 min. *G-ma B. cut her dough into rounds using the rim of a cup. On each cut round she used the dull edge of a butter knife to make an off-center crease. She folded each round over along the crease. She put oil on her pan & rubbed both sides of each roll in it then placed on greased pan.
