2 lbs. stew meat
4-6 medium potatoes
2 cups celery cut into 1 inch pieces
4 carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
3 Tbsp minute tapioca
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven at 350

Place cut up vegetables on bottom of roaster pan.
Add meat
Mix tapioca, sugar, salt, soup and water.
Pour over meat and vegetables.

Bake for 4 hours.
