2 (8oz) blocks of cream cheese,
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese finally
2 tablespoons onion, grated
2 tablespoons bell pepper, any color graded
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
A half a teaspoon of seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
One medium bell pepper, any colors finally diced

Set cream cheese out at room temperature for two hours to soften. Using a box greater grate 1/2 onion and one bell pepper into separate bowls when grating Pepper try not to use any of the skin. Measure 2 tablespoons of each into a large bowl and discard the rest. Try to get a little as little juice as possible, when measuring. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning to the bowl. Add in the soften cream cheese and beat well with a hand mixer. Mixture will be slightly fluffy. Add shredded cheese and beat again until just combined. Fold in the diced bell pepper and make sure all the ingredients are well distributed. Shape into a ball. Store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight to let the flavors develop. Sit out for 30 minutes before serving with crackers or veggies.
