1 c. Quick Oats
1 stick oleo
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. white granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Topping:
6 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
1/2 c. white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oleo and oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Add sugars, eggs, flour, salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well. Bake in 9 X 13" pan (greased and floured) at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

Topping: Mix all ingredients together and spread on hot cake. Put under
broiler until bubbly - just a few minutes.
