1/2 cup olive oil
2 medium size garlic cloves, sliced
3 1/2 cups sieved tomatoes
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chopped parsley
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat in a large skillet, oil. Add and cook until browned the garlic. Add slowly - stirring constantly,
tomatoes, salt, oregano, parsley and pepper.

Cook rapidly uncovered about 15 minutes or until thickened,

Optional: pinch of bay leaf and 1/2 small onion (diced).
