2 lbs groung beef
2 medium onions , chopped
1 large can enchilada sauce
1 small can green chili peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb longhorn cheese, grated
2 pkg corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onions. Blend enchilada sauce, soup together. Take seeds and veins from peppers.

Layer tortillas, meat and peppers, top with sauce and cheese. Continue to layer. Pierce holes through layers; pour any remaining sauce over top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
