1 TBS Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBS Cayenne pepper
1 TBS Black Pepper
1 TBS Salt
1.5 Lbs. Chuck (Beef)
1.5 Lbs. Ground pork
2 cups of chopped green onions (tops and bottoms)
1/3 cup AP flour

Crust:
8 cups of AP flour
1 1/3 cup of butter not melted
4 eggs beaten
3 cups of whole milk

Filling:
1. Combine chuck, pork, onions, and Seasoning in the pot (Dutch Oven).
2. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned.
3. Remove from heat and stir in flour.
4. Drain the excess grease by putting the pot at an angle and push meat to the high side.
5. Allow filling to cool.

Crust:
1. Sift flour and cut in butter.
2. Add eggs and milk.
3. Form dough into 4 balls and refrigerated for 2 hours.
4. Roll out dough approximately 1/8 in thick.
5. Cut into 5 1/2 in circles. (Pot lid)

Assembly:
1. Place about 1 Tbsp of filling onto 1 side of the circle.
2. Moisten the edge with water and fold the unfilled side to the filled side
3. Crimp the edge with the tones of a fork. (Not too much pressure)
4. Put in a sandwich bag before placing in a gallon freezer bag.
5. Twelve meat pies to a freezer bag. Placed in freezer over night

Cooking Meat Pies:
1. Dutch oven with peanut oil or beef tallow
2. Heat to 350⁰ F
3. Cook till golden brown.
