2 pkges. frozen California Blend vegetables 6 T. butter or margarine 8 oz. velveeta cheese 1/2 c. (13) crushed Ritz crackers
Melt cheese and 4 T. butter. Layer 1/2 frozen vegetables and 1/2 cheese mixture. Layer remaining vegetables and rest of cheese mixture. Melt 2 T. butter and add crackers. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 325º for 30-35 minutes or until hot.
