Olive oil
Whole onion
Garlic
Tomato
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Red wine
Pork
Directions:
Directions:
Pile olive oil, onion, garlic and pork in bottom of sauce pot. Simmer/sear

Add tomato, basil, red wine, salt and pepper. Remove pork (if using) and onion. Simmer for 3hr-ish
