Ingredients:  
1 lb. fresh backfin crabmeat
½ cup Panko
2 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco's sauce
squeeze half lemon

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoon olive oil


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except crabmeat

Very gently mix in crabmeat and form into 6 patties

Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
(I like to mix in morning)

Melt butter and olive oil in flying pan on medium heat.

Gently place crab cakes in pan and cook 4 minutes on each side till lightly brown

Monitor closely because every stove cooks differently



Sauce

½ cup mayonnaise
⅛ cup ketchup
½ lemon
¼ cup relish
