Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cups crusted graham crackers (2 pack)
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
1/4 cup crushed walnuts or pecans


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and press evenly across bottom and sides of a 10 inch spring form pan

Filling

3 packages cream cheese at room temperature (8 ounces)
1 ½ cups sugar
5 eggs
3 teaspoon's vanilla

Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Beat in vanilla. Pour filling over crust and bake 45 minutes without opening the oven door. Remove cheesecake and reduce heat to 300 degrees.

Topping

1-pint sour cream
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix and spread over cheesecake. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes. Cool on rack for several hours, then refrigerate overnight. Serve plain or topped with fruit.
