2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken cut into tenders
1 lemon, zested
1 c. white wine
2 T olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlc
1 T. chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a pyrex baking dish combine
chicken with crushed garlic, olive oil, and rosemary. Bake 25
minutes. Remove from oven and add lemon zest and white
wine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven, and
serve.
