16 oz. Lemon Sole
2 T butter
1 Lemon
Crushed garlic
Flour for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Lay parchmant paper on counter and cover with flour. Dip fish
in flour so completely covered.

Heat butter in a saute pan until melted but not brown. Add
crushed garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add fish. Squeeze
one half of lemon over the fish (it will crackle some). Flip fish
after 4 minutes, and cook an additonal 3 to 4 minutes on other
side. Serve with steamed spinach and lemon wedges
