For crust:

1 C Flour 1 stick butter, room temperature
1/3 cup chopped pecans


For Layers1:
8 oz cream cheese, room temp 1-1/2 C powdered sugar
1 C cool whip (Buy the large)

For Layer 2:
1 sm box vanilla instant pudding mix 1 sm box chocolate instant pudding mix
3-1/2 C cold milk

For Layer 3:
Rest of the cool whip Hershey chocolate candy bar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix room temp butter with flour and nuts and spread into 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350º for 15 minutes. Cool

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in cool whip and then spread over cooled crust.

Combine puddings and milk and mix well. Let sit for one minute. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Spread the rest of the cool whip over the pudding layer and grate hersey bar over the top. Chill.
