"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
This recipe for Bacon Waffles, by Jerry Thompson, is from Good Food, Family and Friends,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
Heat your waffle iron. Place two uncooked pieces of bacon in each waffle section. When the bacon is cooked but not crisp, add waffle mix as you normally would to cook the waffles. When the waffles are brown, they're ready to eat.
