1 pkge. spatzle noodles
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
5 c. chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 t. dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts then cut up into 1/2-3/4 inch pieces.

Mix chicken broth, onion, carrot, thyme in suacepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add noodles. Reduce heat to low simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes or until noodles are done. Stir in chicken pieces. Bring soup to boil and serve.
