2 C. Sugar
1 C. Cocoa powder
1/2 C. butter
1 large can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and the cocoa.
2. At the butter and evaporated milk.
3. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minutes.
4. Cool, then add vanilla.
5. Refrigerate.

This recipe is from Gary Gudelsky's Grandma Carlson. It is, hands down, the BEST hot fudge topping! (It's even better than our local Graeter's ice cream store's fudge topping, which is saying something!)
