2 C. Sugar
1 C. Cocoa powder
1/2 C. butter
1 large can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and the cocoa.
2. Add the butter and evaporated milk. Heat.
3. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
4. Cool, then add vanilla.
5. Refrigerate.
