1 box/bag elbow macaroni
2 stalks celery - chopped fine
2 carrots - peeled and chopped fine
Couple sprinkles of Mrs. Dash
Dash of Onion powder
Miracle Whip/Mayo - start with 1 1/2 cups and can add more if needed
1/8 cup sugar (more or less to your taste)
Sandwich Spread (to taste)
2-3 Hard boiled eggs (to place on top of salad)

Chop celery and carrots.

Boil macaroni to desired consistency - do not cook too long. Rinse with cold water and cool.

Mix macaroni, carrots and celery in large bowl.

Mix Miracle Whip/Mayo, Sandwich Spread, Mrs. Dash and Onion Powder. Then add sugar (to desired taste). Save some of this mixture to add at the very end so your salad is not too dry.*

Slowly add cooked macaroni to mixture and stir well.

Chill.

*If you feel your salad is too dry, add more mayo mixture.

Slice hard boiled eggs and add to top of salad.

Serve.
