6-8 cups cooked rice
1 carrot, diced
1 onion, diced
3 eggs, scrambled
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
1 Tbsp minced garlic
Soy sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large skillet over med/high heat. With 1-2 tbsp oil brown garlic, add onion and carrots, cook until soft. Remove veggies and then cook chicken until done. Add all ingredients back into skillet and stir, add pepper to taste. Add soy sauce and stir until all rice is coated with soy sauce. Add ketcup and stir.
