¾ to 1 c. cooked rice
2 stalks celery, chopped up
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato puree or 1 can tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
¼-½ lb. bacon, cut in tiny squares
1 can peas, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until brown.
Add ground beef and fry until ground beef is brown.
Boil celery, onion and pepper in very little water until tender.
Drain water and add vegetables to meat rest of ingredients.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes
If you desire a little spicier taste add a little paprika and/or chili powder.
