1/3 c + 1 tbsp shortening
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
Cold water (3-5 tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour and salt until pea-sized pieces are formed. Sprinkle in water, one tablespoon at a time and tossing with a fork, until flour is moistened.

Gather pastry into a ball and roll out. Gently pat into pan. (Double recipe for 2 crust pies) Bake 10 minutes @ 350º or until golden brown.
