1 lb ground beef
1/2 - 3/4 c finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c flour
1/3 c dill pickle juice
1/2 c chopped dill pickles
1/3 c milk
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425. Cook and stir beef, onions and garlic until brown; drain. Sprinkle with salt and flour. Stir in pickle liquid, pickles, milk, and 1 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into crust. Bake 15 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake about 5 minutes longer, until crust is golden brown.
