Shredded parmesan cheese
1 c milk
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp butter, melted
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin. In a large bowl combine milk, eggs, butter, flour, and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Pour batter into muffin tin and sprinkle tops with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and puffy. Let cool slightly. Serve immediately.
