vinegar peppers
flattened chicken cutlets
parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
lemon juice
garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese slices
tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, lemon juice and parmesan cheese
2. Season cutlets with garlic powder and then dip
cutlets into egg batter and then into bread crumbs
3. Fry in oilive oil
4. Drain in paper towels
5. Fry vinegar peppers in oil
6. Put tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese slices on
cutlets and heat in oven until cheese thoroughly melted
