1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 egg slightly beaten 1 c. bread crumbs 1 1/2 c. milk 3 tblsp. Heinz 57 Sauce or equivalent 1 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Chili sauce
1. Combine ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl and mix with hands 2. In lightly greased loaf pan, shape into loaf 3. Brush top with Chili sauce or additional Heinz 57 sauce 4. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for 1 hour
