3 1/2 c. flour
2 tblsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
pinch salt
5 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
5 oz. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
4-5 c. blueberries
additional sugar for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Gently stir in milk, eggs, and butter -- do not overmix
4. Carefully stir in the berries
5. Grease the tops of a large muffin tin, insert paper
cups. Spoon in batter and sprinkle generously with
sugar
6. REDUCE heat to 400. Place muffins on middle shelf
and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Remove and cool
