1 lb. ziti or penne
1 lb very sharp cheddar -- grated
2 cups milk
1 cup half-and-half
Tabasco or hot sauce
bread crumbs
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook 1 lb. pasta al dente according to box directions
2. In a large sauce pan, heat the milk and half-and-half
and combine with grated cheese. Sprinkle in several
drops of hot sauce which will enhance the sharpness of
the cheese
3. Stir the cheese mixture with a wooden spoon until
cheese is melted and mixture is a white sauce
4. Drain pasta and put in a large greased casserole.
5. Mix in the cheese sauce
6. Thoroughly cover the macaroni with bread crumbs
and sprinkle with paprika
7. Cook in pre-heated 350 oven for 30 minutes
