1 lb. ground turkey
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 large jar of salsa
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. margarine
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped red pepper
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 can sliced black olives
2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the turkey, onion and garlic and drain off any
fat
2. Addspices and salsa to the meat and simmer 5-10
minutes
3. Cook corn and peppers in saucepan with margarine
4. Layer enough tortillas to cover bottom of lasagne pan
5. Cover with 1/2 meat mix, 1/3 sour cream, 1/3 cheese
6. Repeat twice
7. Spread cooked veggies and olives on top and
sprinkle with fresh pepper to taste
8. Cook in pre-heated 375 for 20 minutes
9. Let stand for 20 minutes
