Ingredients:  
1 c. plain or fruited yogurt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Juice of a lemon or capful of lemon juice
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsps. baking powder
dash of cinnamon
optional: freesh berries or bananas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pulse everything, except optional fruit, in a food
processor until blended
2. Grease a skillet
3. Cook until set
4. Scatter w/ berries or bananas if desired
5. Turn pancakes and continue cooking until lightly
browned
6. Serve with real maple syrup
