1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 can anchovies -- chopped
1 head of Romaine lettuce
1 egg
juice from 1/2 lemon or capful of lemon juice
grated Parmesan cheese (1/2 to 1 cup)
Worcestershire sauce
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop lettuce, wash, spin, and dry
2. Crush tthe garlic clove and combine with chopped
anchovies, oil, lemon juice and dashes of
worcestershire sauce to make a dressing. Toss the
dressing with the lettuce.
3. Boil water and gently drop egg into water, boiling for
1 minute.
4. Add partially-cooked egg to lettuce mix and toss.
5. Add cheese and croutons to lettuce mix and toss
