1 large onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon parsley (or 6 sprigs fresh)
1/4 cup oil
1 large can crushed tomatoes (3 1/2 cyos)
1 small can tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c water
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
6 tbsp butter/margarine
6 tbsp flour
1 c parmesean cheese
3 c milk
3 egg yolks
1 lb package lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Chopped large onion, garlic, parsley fine. Fry in oil. Ad tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, salt & pepper, and water. Stir until well mixed. Toss in ground beef, breaking into small pieces with fork. Cover. Cover over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chop small onion fine and cook in melted butter. Mix in flour until smooth. Add cheese and dash of salt. Stir in milk gradually. Continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened (about 5 minutes). Beat yolks slightly. Mix in a little hot cheese mixture. SLOWLY mix all cheese ad yolk mixture together and cook over lowest heat for 10 minute, stirring occasionally.

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain between paper towels after rinsing. Grease lasagna pan. Layer noodles 5 across in bottom of pan. Layer tomatoe sauce, layer of cheese. Repeat until all is used, 3 layers, ending with cheese.

Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 325º until bubbly hot. Let set 3 - 5 minutes before cutting.
