2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
4 garlic cloves
1/3 cup tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon)
2 tablespoons liquid from chickpeas
8 dashes Tabasco sauce

Process all ingredients in food processor. Stir in a little olive oil when serving.
