18 cups fresh corn kernels
1 pint (2 cups) half and half
½ lb (2 sticks) of real butter
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

In a large bowl mix the corn, sugar, salt and pepper. Divide the corn evenly between two 9" X 13" cake pans. Pour 1 cup of half and half over each pan. Gently press one stick of butter into the center of each pan of corn. Bake for 45 minutes until heated through and butter is completely melted, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Measure the corn with liquid into freezer containers or zipper style freezer bags. Freeze up to 1 year.
