Ingredients:  
1 egg (beat lightly)
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. flour
1 tbsp of milk
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and milk together.
Sift flour.
Stir together flour, salt and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
Put down wax paper or cookie mat and make sure to cover well with flour.
Knead dough lightly.
Roll dough. Cut and dry.
After drying about 1 hour or so pour into hot boiling broth.
