1 pound ground beef, browned
1 white onion, diced
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, mashed
Pepper to taste
1 8 oz package of thin egg noodles
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 C sour cream
6 green onions sliced
1 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1)Brown the ground beef with the onions, and drain. Add salt, sugar, tomatoes, garlic, and pepper. Mix together and simmer about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cover the skillet.
2)While sauce is simmering, cook noodles according to package. Drain well.
3)In a large bowl, combine hot noodles with cream cheese until melted. Add the sour cream and mix well.
4)In a 9x13 baking dish, layer 1/2 Noodle mixture, then 1/2 Meat sauce. Repeat layers once more.
5)Top with Cheddar Cheese.
6) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes and cheese is melted and golden brown.
