We all looked forward to eating this every single Sunday...
You best show up and it was always ok to bring friends.
Usually accompanied by fruit salad and a dessert of some sort.
We so enjoyed summers in Marshfield at Grandma's house!

Chicken thighs and legs
Parsley
Potatoes
Canned Corn
Butter, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and line with tinfoil.
Spray tinfoil, place chicken on foil.
Spray chicken and season with parsley.
Bake for 45 minutes until done.

Place quartered potatoes in saucepan in water and boil until softened.
Place corn on low in saucepan to warm on stovetop.

Top cooked corn and potatoes with butter and salt and enjoy!
