1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 - 17 oz cream style corn
1 - 10 oz diced tomatoes with green
1 - 13 oz Spanish rice

1 - 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes
1 - 16 oz mixed vegetables (Veg-all)

Directions:

Brown ground beef and onion lightly in a 4-quart kettle. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. Also good with a side of cornbread.
