Ingredients:  
 1 loaf of bread (Leave out overnight to make stale)
 4 eggs
 2 cups of celery (diced)
 2 cups of onion (diced)
 2 Tbsp sage (to taste)
 1 can of chicken/turkey broth
 ½ stick butter
 16 oz sausage
 Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Once bread is stale tear up into bite size croutons and place in large mixing bowl
2. Cook sausage and drain excess oil/fat then add to break in mixing bowl
3. Add celery, onion, sage
4. Melt butter into broth then pour over bread/veggie mixture in mixing bowl
5. Add eggs and mix thoroughly
6. Place in backing dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes depending on
oven type and type of baking dish used
