1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 8oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Combine flour, butter, brown sugar, and pecans to make the crust. Set aside 1
cup of mixture for the topping. Press the remainder of mixture into an ungreased
8 in pan and bake for 15 minutes.
2. While the crust is baking, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, milk, lemon juice,
and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
3. Sprinkle the remaining crumble over the top.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into cookie size pieces. (It helps to place
in refrigerator to harden for about an hour)
6. Enjoy my favorite dessert!
